Role and conditions
Plumia heals from her own ATK, grants ATK Up and protects allies against debuffs. Phoenix Rite heals within 7m around her, so positioning matters. Keep her near injured allies without placing her in the first line of incoming damage.
Phoenix Rite gains removal of one random debuff per target at level 6. Level 5 does not provide that cleanse. She has no revival or team shield in the reviewed kit, and her cleansing actions have explicit limits rather than removing everything.
Skill priorities
Phoenix Rite to level 6 is a useful first target when the team needs the added cleanse. Review Flamecrest for the attacking team and ultimate mana when Immunity arrives too late. Healing a full-health team in automatic play is not evidence that more ATK will solve timing.
Stats and equipment
Begin with enough HP and DEF to keep the healer alive, then ATK for the healing amount and Skill Recovery for its frequency. Health 5 + Defense 3 is a defensive start; replace Defense with Attack when survival is sufficient. Compare Fury 5 + Paragon 3 for frequent healing only if the loss of HP is acceptable.
HP% shoulders, gloves and chest are initial choices. Skill Recovery on the belt and boots supports repeated healing; ATK% or Mana Gen can address a different bottleneck. Eldrin accessories are separate: ATK+ amulet, HP+ earrings, ATK% or HP% banner, recovery or mana talisman and RES vial. Additional slots require the appropriate ascension stars.
Titans and limitations
Arbarion offers bound HP for a healer who dies early; Wyvold offers bound ATK when she survives but her healing is too small. Keltaur increases Combo SPD, which does not replace Skill Recovery or increase the Phoenix Rite coefficient. All are Eldrin. Gohshu benefits from her buffs, but this pair still needs the damage and boss-specific answers required by the fight. These are recommendations from the reviewed mechanics, not tested clear results.
